Terms of service for Adopts AND Commissions
1- NO selling over the price you paid for unless additional art that was paid for comes with it ( If it was traded, you may only TRADE the character unless their is additional commissioned art with it)
2- Must provide a character reference sheet! ( im very bad with descriptions so they stress me out)
3- If you steal/sell a character that does not belong to you that I made or am selling you WILL be given only 1 WARNING if the issue is not fixed you WILL be blacklisted until i say so
4- it might take me awhile to complete your commission so please be patient! A lot of bad things happen in my life unfortunately so it can take a LONG time for some pieces.
5- I have the right to decline or cancel a commission at any point in time regardless of reason
6- My prices are final! do NOT try to bargain/haggle for lower prices
7- the drawing will begin AFTER I receive the payment in full! I will NOT do Half before and half after or pay after (Paypal or Cash app ONLY)
8- If you scam/try to scam me you will automatically be blacklisted FOREVER
9- you will NOT be refunded if I've already started the commission or finished, unless I cancel it myself for whatever reason (will rarely happen, ill only do this if I think I am unable to finish a piece)
10- ALWAYS CREDIT ME!! if I find out you posted some of my art without credit whether you commissioned it or not you will be blacklisted, always give me credit for the drawing!
11- I do not give specific days in which I think the art will be finished as again alot of things out of my control happen alot so the times I think products will be finished fluctuates ALOT. it could possibly take me a day or it could take a year depending on what goes on in my personal life so please do not rush me or commission me if you cannot handle the possibility of your piece being done for very large time periods.Art process
